We’re happy to announce we’re releasing the final round of community-driven updates to our new Executive Summary Report Builder. This includes six entirely new blocks spanning ticketing metrics, billable labor hours, prepay hours and phone call tracking, as well as some additional filters to better define the scope of two of our existing ticket blocks.
We wanted to give a special shout out to the Syncro Community for all of these suggestions, and helping to make our Executive Summary Report Builder what it is today.
The updates to the Executive Summary Report Builder will be released to all Syncro accounts later today.
