Our goal at Syncro is to help MSPs consolidate their software tools and streamline processes that otherwise waste time. Today we released yet another user-requested feature update that accomplishes this goal: the ability to trial Bitdefender within Syncro.
Whether you’re currently trialing Syncro or are already a customer, you can now trial Bitdefender within Syncro for 30 days by simply heading to the Syncro App Center and locating the Bitdefender App Card for instructions.
We also recently released the ability to manage your pre-existing Bitdefender account through Syncro if you wish.
This update allows you to do things like set up Automated Remediations based off of alerts, and most importantly, you no longer need to manually install Bitdefender on new devices! After bringing your existing Bitdefender account into Syncro and adding this to a Policy, the Syncro Agent will automatically install Bitdefender on Assets in your Syncro account, and these will automatically populate in your Gravity Zone account.
