June 24th, 2021 Release Notes for Syncro RMM & PSA

We released a native integration with Splashtop, replacing the former Syncro Live Remote Access tool. Learn more here.

We’ve added the new Splashtop End User Charges Report to easily view which of your end users have Remote Access enabled in addition to your Estimated Billing.

Bug fix: We fixed an issue with Backup Line Items in Recurring Invoice schedules where Custom Branding was not respected in the Item Name section of Invoice PDFs.

Bug fix: We fixed an issue with Scheduled Reports where changing the Report Template of an existing schedule would cause the schedule to revert to default settings.

Bug fix: We fixed an issue with Mailer Templates where enabling a template would not apply the email body text as expected.

We’ve added the ability to search within the Related Ticket field in our Part Order module.

Bug Fix: We fixed an issue with the Recurring Ticket module where the Ticket Assignee would default to the user creating the schedule rather than the assignee of the original ticket.

In our efforts to improve performance and page load times over the past several weeks, we’ve:

  • Significantly increased the number of servers in our web clusters to smooth out the web application performance 
  • Made various optimizations with how we handle our web request queues
  • Made significant updates to how we manage traffic in our RMM backend

Bug Fix: we fixed an issue with Tickets where Recurring Invoices set to pick up all pending charges on a ticket were setting the Billing Status field to ‘Partially Invoiced’ rather than ‘Invoiced’.

Bug Fix: We fixed an issue with the Office 365 integration where calendar authorization was intermittently dropping and preventing successful two-way syncing.

Bug Fix: We fixed an issue with the Worldpay integration where the Keyed Credit Card Entry option was intermittently causing page redirection issues.

Bug Fix: We fixed an issue with the API where creating a new Invoice from an existing Ticket with Line Items would override the expected line item price to $0.00.

We’ve added the ability to Customize Labels within Syncro. Using the new canvas-based editor, you can customize AssetCustomerProduct and Ticket labels to your liking. Learn more here.

Bug fix: We fixed an issue in the Admin Settings for Users where the Add User option would need to be selected twice in order to add a user successfully.

Bug fix: We fixed an issue in the API where Product updates to SKU were not posting successfully.

We added a warning message when selecting the Enable Maintenance Mode Option on any Scripts page, informing that RMM Alerts generated by Assets in maintenance mode will be automatically closed.

Bug fix: We fixed an issue with the ShipRush integration where the ‘Send to ShipRush’ action on Tickets was failing.
