We added more notifications for Syncro Chat to the Notification Center. You can now use any of these:

  • New unread message while I’m offline
  • New unread message while I’m online
  • New unassigned message while I’m offline
  • New unassigned message while I’m online

Bug Fix: We fixed an issue where not all Tickets were being put in the proper state when importing recurring Tickets from Autotask.

Bug Fix: We fixed an issue where not all email confirmations were being sent when a Customer pays multiple Invoices in the Customer Portal.
