We revamped Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the Contracts module. Learn more here. The various areas affected are:
- Business Hours – new feature released today, available in Admin Center.
- Mailbox option to send auto-response to inbound Leads when outside of Business Hours.
- Create Ticket Saved Search around SLA breaches.
- Ticket icon colors now change depending on SLA status. Red = breached. Yellow = at risk. Black = within SLA.
- Appointment booking option for respecting business/holiday hours when scheduling Appointments.
- You can choose whether to allow for SMS messages to go out outside of business hours or not.
