    When creating a new script, it will now default to PowerShell.

    Bug Fix: Credential Access Report wasn’t including the requested documentation. Now it does!

    We revamped Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the Contracts module. Learn more here. The various areas affected are:

    1. Business Hours – new feature released today, available in Admin Center.
    2. Mailbox option to send auto-response to inbound Leads when outside of Business Hours.
    3. Create Ticket Saved Search around SLA breaches.
    4. Ticket icon colors now change depending on SLA status. Red = breached. Yellow = at risk. Black = within SLA.
    5. Appointment booking option for respecting business/holiday hours when scheduling Appointments.
    6. You can choose whether to allow for SMS messages to go out outside of business hours or not.
